On a personal note - My family is now completly gluten-free. I suspect this might be a tad difficult for me. Already I’m noticing the adverse side effects of eating all gluten-free and then eating outside the house where I usually eat food with gluten. Yeah, my body isn’t liking this half/half crap. Mainly because I’ll go awhile without eating gluten, and my body will have adjusted itself, and then all of a sudden I eat like a burger or something and then my body has to go through the withdrawal all over again.
